Return and Exchange Policy for Cosmetic Products
We value our customers and strive to provide the best service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange or return the product in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
Conditions for Product Exchange and Return:
- Within 14 days of receipt – You may return or exchange a product if it has not been used.
- Product not used – Cosmetics are not eligible for exchange or return if they have been opened or used (as per the legislation regarding non-returnable goods once opened).
- Preservation of the product's appearance – The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Proof of purchase – A receipt or another document confirming the purchase must be provided.
Procedure for Exchange and Return:
- Contact our support team – To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email or phone. Our managers will assist you in processing the return and provide detailed instructions.
- Send the product to our address – After agreeing on the terms, you can send the product to our warehouse. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Receive a new product or refund – Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange or refund the money to your bank card. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Products that show signs of use.
- Items with damaged packaging.
- Makeup tools and personal care items (e.g., brushes, sponges) if they have been opened.
